At Beauty Expert, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Beauty Expert account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached, and placed securely in the original packaging.

  Hand Over to Courier

  Our logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
